Connecting VIA Onboard

VIA Online and VIA Onboard are independent tools that do not directly sync with each other. VIA Onboard is a local on-machine assistant; VIA Online is a cloud-based document chat tool.

Log data from VIA Onboard machines flows to the Analytics Dashboard — not to VIA Online. For information on how log uploads reach the Analytics Dashboard, see Analytics Dashboard — Auto Sync.
