VIA Onboard

VIA Onboard is the Windows desktop application for AI-assisted machine diagnostics. It runs locally on shop-floor PCs — no internet connection required for core features. It combines a real-time system monitor, a PDF document library with semantic search, an AI chat assistant grounded in your documentation, machine log management, and service request tracking.

  • Documents — PDF library with full-text and semantic search; built-in viewer with page navigation and zoom
  • Chat — AI assistant that answers questions grounded in your document library, with clickable citations
  • Logs — review uploaded machine log batches and processing history (uploads are configured in Settings → Log)
  • Service — submit service requests, view service history, track calibration events
  • Settings — configure all aspects of the app including themes, data sources, and Calibration Guard keys
